This wonderful dinner cruise, always a favorite with the Yale Club of the Suncoast, includes a sunset cruise with outstanding views of Sarasota Bay on the Marina Jack II luxury yacht, along with a buffet dinner highlighted with grilled salmon, peppercorn crusted prime rib, side and chef’s daily dessert selections!
The cost is the same as the last event – $60 for members and guests of members ($65 for non-members) which includes the buffet dinner and the cruise. There is a cash bar as well.
Folks should allow plenty of time to park. Marina Jack has valet parking, and there is street parking and municipal parking nearby. Plan to arrive about 6:15 and boarding will begin at 6:30.
Dress is casual, but folks may want to bring a sweater or jacket for the cool evening breezes.
Upon the 6:30 boarding, we will proceed to the YCS exclusively reserved, air conditioned upper “Captain’s Deck” as well as its outside upper stern deck. A narrated cruise of our beloved Sarasota Bay will be followed by a delicious, award-winning buffet dinner. Upon our return to port, the “reinvigorated” YSC Glee Club- with Whiffenpoof and other veteran acapella singers will lead YOU in lusty Eli song! Song sheet music will be provided.
